 Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. General Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    • Suggestion: Consider a flat rate for orders below a certain value (e.g., ₹50), and Free Shipping on orders above 599/-.

  • Carrier: We ship all orders using reliable courier services (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, etc.).

     Non-Returnable Product Policy 

    Due to the nature of our products (incense, a personal fragrance item), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or subjective scent preferences.

    This is a non-returnable product. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before checking out. We strongly encourage first-time customers to try our Scent Discovery Box (₹99) to sample our range before committing to a full-size pack.

     Damages and Issues 

    We take extreme care in packaging your agarbattis securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    • Eligibility: We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged during transit, or if the incorrect item was shipped.

    • Reporting Procedure: Please email us at abhishekbohra91@yahoo.in within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. You must include:

      1. Your Order Number

      2. A clear photo of the damaged items and products.

      3. A clear photo of the damaged shipping box/package

    If the damage is validated, we will promptly send you a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund, depending on stock availability. Return of damaged item depends on the condition and situation at that time.

     Lost Packages

    • If the tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check your property and with neighbors first.

    • If the package is confirmed lost by the courier company, we will ship a replacement order or issue a full refund after the official investigation is complete.

    This policy is transparent, sets the non-return boundary clearly, and provides a clear, comforting solution for the genuine problems of transit damage or errors.
